"The stable" is a scene in Stockholm for folk and world music. The floor is laid with special attention to be good for dancing!
The format is: seminar at 18:30 to 19:30 - a different theme each time, dancing to classical tango with DJ Peter Stenson at 20-about 23.
The first half hour at 19:30-20 we dance tango to what you would like to dance tango to - everything from swing, techno, folk, experimental tango ... "Jukebox milonga" = bring your own CD or instruments. Musicians can come and test their tangos with dancers. Everything can happen! |
