You can tell the driver to go to the Chemistry University in Tudor Vladimirescu, just across the street from Iulius Mall. Use the main entrance in the University building and go up to the 4th floor.
There is free water available at the site. Some other refreshments and snacks might be available as well
The milonga features mostly traditional music, sometimes featuring nuevo tandas by the formula TTNTTVTTM. May feature full length cortinas of latino music (salsa, bachata & merengue) which you may choose to dance or sit out. Cabeceo is welcomed, but not practiced at a large scale.
